2 Improves work and productivity rapidly by producing and sharing knowledge.

3 Releases information urgently and making it more widely available to the organization members.

5 Delegates the authority and making up for loss of knowledge.

C. Process - A process in knowledge management is the organization ability to create new knowledge through the process of converting individual knowledge and eventually transforming it to organizational knowledge.
