  • Page ajoute par alainfrancis pour information.J.O n 89 du 15 avril 2007 page 6885texte n 21Arrt du 27 mars 2007 relatif aux conditions d'laboration des statistiques relatives aux accidents corporels de la circulationArticle 1 Les statistiques relatives aux accidents corporels de la circulation routire sont tablies en fonction des dfinitions suivantes : a) Accident : Un accident corporel (mortel et non mortel) de la circulation routire est un accident qui : - provoque au moins une victime, c'est--dire un usager ayant ncessit des soins mdicaux ; - survient sur une voie ouverte la circulation publique ; - implique au moins un vhicule. b) Usagers : Un accident corporel implique un certain nombre d'usagers. Parmi ceux-ci, on distingue : - les indemnes : impliqus non dcds et dont l'tat ne ncessite aucun soin mdical ; - les victimes : impliqus non indemnes. Parmi les victimes, on distingue : - les tus : toute personne qui dcde sur le coup ou dans les trente jours qui suivent l'accident ; - les blesss : victimes non tues. Parmi les blesss, on distingue : - les blesss hospitaliss : victimes admises comme patients dans un hpital plus de 24 heures ; - les blesss lgers : victimes ayant fait l'objet de soins mdicaux mais n'ayant pas t admises comme patients l'hpital plus de 24 heures. Article 2 Le ministre des transports, de l'quipement, du tourisme et de la mer et le ministre de la sant et des solidarits sont chargs, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'excution du prsent arrt, qui sera publi au Journal officiel de la Rpublique franaise. Fait Paris, le 27 mars 2007.
