TARIFS ET TAXE DE SÉJOUR•lesprixindiquéssontvalablespourlasaison2015. ils correspondent à une nuit et s’entendent en euros,TVAincluse.•lemontantdelataxedeséjourestvariableselonles communes.

CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT• pour les réservations effectuées plus de 30 jours avant ledébutduséjour,unacomptede25%du prixdumontantdesprestationsréservéesdoitêtre réglédèslaréservationauvillage.lesoldedoitêtre payéauplustard30joursavantladatedudébutdu séjourauvillage.•pour les réservations effectuées moins de 30 jours avant la date de début du séjour, le règlement intégral doit être effectué au moment de la réservationauvillage.

ANNULATION ET MODIFICATIONS 1. Modification de votre réservation• Des modifications concernant votre réservation peuventêtreeffectuées sans frais, sous réservede disponibilitédanslemêmeYelloh!VillageDomaine desBans.•enl’absencedemessagedevotrepartindiquantun report de votre date d’arrivée, l’hébergement pourra être à nouveau disponible à la vente 24heuresaprèsladated’arrivéementionnéesurle contrat,etvousperdrezenconséquencelebénéfice devotreréservation.

2. Prestations non utiliséesTout séjour interrompu, ou abrégé (arrivée tardive,départanticipé)devotrefaitnepourradonnerlieuàunremboursement.

3. Annulation du fait de Yelloh! Villageencasd’annulationdufaitdeYelloh!VillageDomainedesBans,saufencasdeforcemajeure,leséjourseratotalement remboursé. Cette annulation ne pourracependant pas donner lieu au versement dedommagesetintérêts.

4. Annulation du fait du campeurles frais d’annulation peuvent être couverts par lesgarantiesannulationproposéesparlevillage.Aucunremboursementneseraeffectuésanssouscriptiondelagarantieouassuranceannulation.

VOTRE SÉJOUR 1. Arrivée•Joursd’arrivéeetdedépart(mercidesereporterà notregrilletarifaire).• Hébergements locatifs : le jour de votre arrivée dansleYelloh!VillageDomainedesBans,vousserez accueilliàpartirde17h00,etàlaremisedesclefsde votrelocation,unecautionvousserademandée.

2. Pendant votre séjouril appartient au campeur de s‘assurer : le campeurest responsable de la surveillance de ses objetspersonnels (vélos, etc.). le village décline touteresponsabilité en cas d’incident relevant de laresponsabilitécivileducampeur.Touslesclientsdoiventseconformerauxdispositionsdurèglementintérieur.Chaquelocataireentitreestresponsabledestroublesetnuisancescauséesparlespersonnesquiséjournentavecluiouluirendentvisite.

3. Départ•Hébergementslocatifs:Aujourdudépartindiqué sur votre contrat, l’hébergement locatif doit être libéré avant 10 heures du matin. l’hébergement serarenduenparfaitétatdepropreté,etl’inventaire pourra être vérifié, tout objet cassé ou détérioré seraàvotrecharge,ainsiquelaremiseenétatdes lieuxsicelas’avéraitnécessaire. la caution vous sera restituée en fin de sé jour déduction faite des indemnités retenues, sur factures justificatives, pour les éventuels dégâts constatés par l’état des lieux de sortie. la retenue de la caution n’exclut pas un dédommagement supplémentaire dans le cas où lesfraisseraientsupérieursaumontantdecelle-ci.•Hébergementslocatifs:Danslecasoùl’hébergement n’aurait pas été nettoyé avant votre départ, un forfaitnettoyaged’unevaleurminimalede70ETTC vousserademandé.

ANIMAUXles animaux sont acceptés dans le Yelloh! VillageDomaine des Bans moyennant une redevancepayable lorsdevotreréservation,excepté leschiensde 1ère et 2e catégorie. lorsqu’ils sont autorisés, ilsdoiventêtretenusen laisseenpermanence. ils sontinterditsauxabordsdespiscines,danslescommercesalimentaires et dans les bâtiments. le carnet devaccinationpourleschiensetleschatsdoitêtreàjour.

LITIGEToute réclamation éventuelle concernant la non-conformité des prestations par rapport auxengagements contractuels doit être signalée parécrit (lRAR) au gestionnaire du village concerné ouàYelloh!VillageDomainedesBansdansles30jourssuivantslafinduséjour.

LES ÉVÉNEMENTS GARANTIS EN CAS D’ANNULATION- Une Maladie, y compris liée à l’état de grossesse, un Accident corporel, - La maladie psychique, mentale ou dépressive de l’Assuré ayant entraîné une hospitalisation supérieure à 3 jours. - Une contre indication médicale de vaccination, des suites de vaccination ou une impossibilité médicale de suivre un traitement

préventif - La convocation de l’Assuré pour une adoption d’enfant - Le décès - Le licenciement économique - L’obtention d’un emploi de salarié ou d’un stage rémunéré, - La convocation de l’Assuré à un examen de rattrapage dans le cadre de ses études, à - La modification, par l’employeur de l’Assuré de la date des congés payés qu’il lui avait accordée préalablement à la réservation

de la location. - La mutation professionnelle de l’Assuré, - Des Dommages matériels graves consécutifs - Des dommages graves au véhicule de l’Assuré nécessitant l’intervention d’un professionnel et survenant dans les 48 heures

précédant son Départ, Un Accident ou une panne mécanique du moyen de transport utilisé par l’Assuré pour son pré-acheminement, entraînant un retard supérieur à deux (2) heures

- Le Vol caractérisé, dans les 48 heures précédant le Départ, des papiers d’identité de l’Assuré - La convocation de l’Assuré pour une greffe d’organe pendant la durée du séjour. - La convocation de l’Assuré à caractère impératif, imprévisible et non reportable devant un tribunal, en tant que témoin ou juré

d’assises. - L’Annulation des personnes restant seules ou à deux à séjourner du fait de l’Annulation garantie de l’un des assurés, à la

condition que tous soient assurés au titre du présent contrat et figurent sur le même bulletin d’inscription à la prestation assurée.

INTERRUPTION DE SÉJOUR Nous garantissons, dans les limites figurant au tableau des montants de garanties et des franchises ci-dessus, le versement d’une indemnité (proportionnelle au nombre de jours de voyage non utilisés et au nombre de personnes ayant effectivement libéré les lieux du séjour), lorsque votre séjour est interrompu pour l’un des motifs suivants : • votre rapatriement médical, celui des membres de votre famille assurée, organisé par une autre société d’assistance, • votre hospitalisation sur place, • votre retour anticipé :

- En cas de maladie ou d’accident, entraînant une hospitalisation d’urgence, débutant pendant la durée de votre séjour. - Afin d’assister aux obsèques, suite au décès d’un membre de votre famille. - En cas de dommages matériels à votre résidence principale ou secondaire, votre exploitation agricole, vos locaux professionnels.

Avant l’organisation de son retour, l’Assuré doit faire appel à Mondial Assistance pour obtenir l’accord préalable à son Interruption de séjour.

LE MONTANT DE LA GARANTIE Remboursement des frais d’annulation selon le barème prévu aux Conditions générales de vente dans les limites suivantes :

Renting•The rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package ranges from 2 to 8 places, dependingonthetypeofaccommodationandthe Village.•Yelloh!VillageDomainedesBanscampsitesreserves therighttorefuseaccesstothevillagetogroupsor familieswhosenumberexceedsthecapacityofthe accommodationrented.

Group bookings•Allbookingsmadeformorethan4accommodation units by one person or made by different people who know each other and who are travelling together for the same reasons and for the same holiday dates at the Yelloh! Village Domaine des Bans,aredeemedtobegroupbookings.•Accommodation appearing on the commercial Yelloh! Village Domaine des Bans website is intendedexclusivelyforindividualbookings.•For all group booking requests, you must contact theYelloh!VillageDomainedesBansbytelephone, email or via the Contact us section. The Yelloh! Village Domaine des Bans campsite contacted reserves the right to examine booking requests beforeacceptingordecliningthem.

Booking fees•Yelloh!VillageDomainedesBansdoesnotchargea bookingfeeforrentalaccommodationandpitches.

PRICES AND TOURIST TAX•pricesshownareeffectiveforthe2015season.They correspond toonenightandarequoted ineuros, includingVAT.•Thetouristtaxvariesaccordingtothelocalcouncil.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT•Forbookingsmademorethan30daysbeforethe start of the holiday, the deposit of 25% of the totalpriceofthefacilitiesbookedmustbepaidto theVillageatthetimeofbooking.Thebalancemust bepaidtotheVillagenolaterthan30daysbefore thestartofaholiday.• For bookings made less than 30 days before the holidaystartdate,paymentmustbemadeinfullat thetimeofbookingwiththeVillage.

CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS1.Bookingalterations• Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability in the Yelloh! Village DomainedesBans.•in the absence of any notification from you regardingachangeofarrivaldate,theaccommodation willbemadeavailableforsaleagain24hoursafter the arrival date specified in the contract and you willconsequentlyforfeityourbooking.

2.unusedfacilitiesAnystaythatisinterruptedorcutshort(latearrival,early departure) by you shall not give rise to anyreimbursement.

3.CancellationbyYelloh!VillageDomainedesBans.in the event of cancellation by Yelloh! VillageDomaine des Bans, except in the case of forcemajeure, the stay will be reimbursed in full. Thiscancellationshallnothoweverincurthepaymentofdamagesandinterest.

4.CancellationduetocamperCancellationfeesmaybecoveredbythecancellationpolicyavailablefromthevillage.Norefundswillbemadewithout subscription to thispolicyorwithoutcancellationinsurance.

YOUR STAY1.Arrival•Daysofarrivalanddeparture (please refer to the pricelist).•Rentalaccommodation:onthedayofyourarrival in theYelloh!VillageDomainedesBans, youmay check in from5p.m., andyouwillbe required to pay a deposit on being handed the keys to your accommodation.

2.Duringyourstayit is up to campers to ensure they have insurancecover:campersareresponsibleforlookingaftertheirpersonal belongings (bicycles etc.). The village shallin no event be held liable in case of an incidentinvolvingcampers’civilliability.All visitors must comply with the provisions of theinternal regulations. each named tenant isresponsiblefordisturbancesandnuisancecausedbypersonsstayingwithorvisitingthem.

3.Departure• Rental accommodation: on the day of departure specifiedinyourcontract,therentalaccommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. The accommodation shall be left perfectly clean and the inventory maybechecked.Anybreakageordamageshallbe payable by you along with any repairs to the premises,ifthatshouldprovenecessary.Attheend of your stay, thedeposit shallbe refunded toyou after deduction of compensation retained, on production of the supporting invoices, against possibledamageascertainedduringthedeparture inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of theexpensesbeinggreaterthantheamountofthe deposit.•Rental accommodation: in the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned before yourdeparture,afixedcleaningchargeofatleast e70includingtaxesshallbeinvoicedtoyou.

• For any delayed departure, you may be charged foranadditionaldayatthepriceapplicableforthat night.

PETSpets-apartfromClass1andClass2dangerousdogs-arepermittedinYelloh!VillageDomainedesBanssfor a supplement payable at the time of booking.Whenadmitted, theymustbekeptona leadatalltimes. They are prohibited from swimming poolareas,infoodshopsandinbuildings.Dogs’andcats’vaccinationcertificatesmustbeup-to-date.

DISPUTESAnypotentialcomplaintconcerningnon-complianceof facilities with regard to contractual obligationsmustbenotifiedinwriting(recordeddelivery)tothemanagementoftheVillageconcernedortoYelloh!VillageDomainedesBanswithin30daysoftheendofthestay.

CANCELLATION

• As a result of the occurrence of a covered event (except those stated below)

Reimbursement of cancellation fees according to the scale stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of sale within the following limits: � €6,500 per insured person, � and €32,000 per Claim for all of the persons insured under this policy, within the limit of the total amount of cancellation fees.

Per rental: €30

• As a result of the employer changing the holiday date

• As a result of burglary and theft of identity papers within 48 hours preceding the Departure

- 25% of the amount of cancellation fees covered, with a minimum of €150, per insured rental

- €30 per insured rental when the price of the rental is below €150

HOLIDAY CURTAILMENT

• When the stay is interrupted for one of the covered events

CANCELLATION When the Insured cancels his booking, Yelloh! Village may charge him for all or part of the price of the services, called cancellation fees; these fees increase as the Departure date approaches. They are calculated according to the scale given in the Cover and excess amounts table.

EVENTS COVERED IN RELATION TO A CANCELLATION - An Illness, including related to a pregnancy, a Personal Injury, - The psychological, mental or depressive illness of the Insured - A medical contraindication to vaccination, the effects of vaccination or being medically unable to take preventive treatment - Notification of the Insured to adopt a child - The death - The redundancy of the Insured or that of his spouse, de facto spouse or partner bound by a civil solidarity pact, provided that the

notification to attend a prior individual assessment was not received before the day of taking out this policy and/or booking - Obtaining a salaried position or a paid work placement, - The notification of the Insured to re-sit an examination in connection with his studies, - The modification, by the employer of the Insured's date of paid leave that he granted him prior to booking the rental. - The non-disciplinary work transfer of the Insured, - Serious Damage to property , directly affecting the following properties: the main or secondary residence of the Insured, its

professional use if the Insured is a craftsman, shop owner, company director or he carries out a liberal profession, - Serious damage to the vehicle of the Insured requiring the intervention of a professional and occurring within the 48 hours prior to

his Departure, - An Accident or a mechanical breakdown of the means of transport used by the Insured en route, resulting in a delay of over two (2)

hours - Burglary and theft, in the 48 hours prior to Departure, of the Insured's identity documents ( - The notification of the Insured for an organ transplant at the time of the stay. - The mandatory, unforeseen summons of the Insured to appear in court, as a witness or for jury service that cannot be postponed. - The Cancellation of persons remaining alone or two staying together due to the Cancellation cover of one of the insured parties,

provided that all are insured under this policy and feature on the same registration form on the insured service.

HOLIDAY CURTAILMENT We guarantee, within the limitations shown in the guaranteed amounts and excesses table shown above, the payment of an indemnity (proportional to the number of travel days that went unused and the number of people who actually left the holiday location) if your stay has to be interrupted for one of the following reasons: • your repatriation for medical reasons or that of your insured family members, organised by another insurance company, • your hospitalization in your holiday location. • your early return : - Due to illness or accident, involving urgent hospitalization, beginning during the period of your stay. - In order to attend a funeral, following the death of a family member. - In the event of material damage to your primary or secondary residence, your farm, your place of work/office

Before organizing his return, the Insured must call Mondial Assistance to obtain prior approval to the interruption of stay.
