TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We first met Capt. Eduardo Letti in early 2006, during the initial stages of our company’s
flight department activation. At that time Capt. Letti was hired as temporary aeronautical consultant to
manage the aircraft acquisition and entry into service process. In that early phase he was tasked with
aircraft selection, coordination of pre-purchase inspection, and acceptance flights. Subsequent to the
aircraft purchase, Capt. Letti continued to manage the projects related to engine overhaul, C check
inspection, MSG-3 Maintenance Inspection Program development, cabin & flight deck upgrades and
finally the unique paint job of the aircraft. His dedication, commitment to excellence and high level of
performance during this trial period earned him a full-time position when the flight department
became operational in June of 2008.
As the Aviation Department Manager, Chief Pilot and Director of Maintenance, Capt. Letti
reported directly to the company Managing Director. At Casbah AG, Capt. Letti successfully
managed the worldwide operation of our company’s B737 to very high industry standards. Operations
were in accordance with Cayman OTAR 125 and the flight department was IS-BAO certified. His
commitment to safety is second to none, and we always felt safe under his command. His loyalty is
unwavering and his judgment is consistent and solid even during challenging circumstances. Besides
exhibiting good character values, and a strong work ethic, Capt. Letti is also a team worker and
loyalty builder. Under his leadership, he trained one young first officer and promoted two senior first
officers to Captain within the flight department.
Capt. Letti demonstrates superior airmanship, natural piloting ability and a true passion for
the world of aviation. His skills in management, operations and maintenance will make him a vital
and successful member of any flight department he joins. Accordingly he has our highest personal
recommendation. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
