ACCORDS BILATERAUX L’Université de Rennes 1 propose des places en mobilité étude dans le cadre d’accords institutionnels
bilatéraux. Ces mobilités sont ouvertes à l’ensemble des étudiants issus des différentes composantes de
l’université (sauf exception mentionnée).
Afin de candidater à une mobilité dans ce cadre, vous devez constituer un dossier de candidature composé de :
Une copie de l’ensemble des relevés de notes post-baccalauréat
La liste des cours que vous projetez de suivre lors de votre mobilité 2018/19 (contrat d’étude)
Curriculum Vitae
Lettre de motivation (1 page max.) à l’intention de l’UR1
Lettre de recommandation
Attestation de langue, si besoin (vérifiez si un certificat est exigé : TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS etc.)
! Attention : La plupart des universités partenaires exigent des documents supplémentaires et/ou dans une
langue différente. Pensez à vérifier quelles pièces sont requises pour chaque université dans la liste ci-dessous
et les ajouter à votre dossier de candidature.
La date limite de dépôt de dossier est fixée au 12 janvier 2018. Le dossier est à remettre au bureau international
de votre composante (cf. liste). Le dossier sera ensuite traité par la Direction des Affaires et Relations
Internationales qui se chargera d’effectuer une sélection afin d’attribuer les places disponibles.
La sélection se fait sur la base de votre dossier académique (minimum 11/20 requis pour l’année universitaire
2016/17), votre motivation, votre niveau de langue si requis, les éventuelles lettres de recommandations et
l'avis de votre composante.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous la liste des accords bilatéraux disponibles pour une mobilité à l’étranger en 2018-
2019, Au moment de votre candidature, vous pouvez choisir jusqu’à 2 universités issues des accords bilatéraux
ou 2 université issues du programme BCI (cf. note d’information BCI)

2 Academic Study Plan
*The Academic Study Plan is considered an important criterion for
selection. If your statement of your intended study plan at Waseda is not
clear, or if your intention is not in line with the content of the program, school
or department that you wish to enter, you might not be selected. Therefore,
please examine the curriculum carefully before applying.
*If your desired classes at Waseda will be conducted in English, please write
your response in English; if your classes will be conducted in Japanese, then
please write in Japanese. If you will be applying for the Japanese Language
Program (JLP), you may write your response either in Japanese or in

※In case a transcript cannot be issued by the home university because an
applicant transferred from another institution and has not yet completed a full
academic year, the applicant must submit a transcript from their former

7 Grading System Chart
The Grading System Chart must be saparately presented from your official
transcript. If your trascript does not provide a grading system chart, please
check your home university's website for information on it, or ask your home
university for an official document concerning a grading system and upload it.

・In addition to entering the information to online application form, the following documents except ID
photographs (which you will be submitting to your program coordinator) should be scanned and
uploaded as a single pdf. labeled with your name and your home university's name. (ex.
TaroYamada_WASEDA.pdf)
・The total size of the pdf file must be 6M or less.
・We cannot accept photos taken with a mobile device. Please make sure to upload scanned digital
copies of necessary documents when submitting.
・If the original documents is written in other than English, translation into Japanese or English prepared
by the applicant’s home university with an official seal must be attached.
