La gamme AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIQUE est complétée par le modèle DLP, des équipements de filtration à disques que permettent une économie déau et d´énergie: Ils sont capables déffectuer le processus de lavage avec une pression de seulement 1.5 bar (21psi) et un débit minimal. Il est spécialement indiqué pour les applications dans lesquelles on ne peut pas disposer des hautes pressions ou dans lesquelles les coûts sont élevés, soit dans lágriculture ou dans líndustrie.

AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC range is completed with DLP model. Disc filtration equipment that provides real water and energy savings. It is able to backwash with a pressure of only 1.5 bar (21 psi). It is specially suitable for applications where high pressure is not available or energetic costs are high. It is used bith in agriculture as in industry.

Thanks to the AZUD HELIX effect, the number of cleanings is dramatically reduced, maximizing savings in water and labour.

This is achieved by a patent-pending helix situated on the base of the cartridge, a result of studying and testing many hydraulic principles.Its angled blades create a helical effect in the incoming water, spinning particles in suspension away from the filtering element and so minimizing cleanings frequency.

Grâce à léffet AZUD HELIX, le nombre de lavages diminue radicalement, en maximisant l´économie déau et de la main d´œuvre.Cette amélioration est dû à l´hélice brevetée, situé à la base de la cartouche, partie résultante dúne minutieuse étude de conception y de mécanique hydraulique. Ses ailettes déflecteurs donnent à léau qui traverse le filtre, un mouvement hélicoïdal, qui déplace les particules en suspension contre les parois de la couvercle, en les maintenant éloignées de l´élément de filtre, et permettent ainsi minimiser la fréquence des lavages.

Après l écoulement du délai prévu, aucune réclamation ni restitution, ne seront admises. La garantie ne couvrira ni les frais de déplacement ni l envoi des pièces et des matériaux de n importe quelle sorte, ni les frais de montage et de démontage des produits.

2. Cette garantie sera valable, seulement, si les réclamations ont été faites par écrit, durant la période de couverture de la garantie et envoyées dans les 30 jours de la détection/découverte du défaut ou anomalie.

3. La garantie ne s´étend ni aux défauts provoqués par une mauvaise installation des produits et matériaux, ni a celles due à leur utilisation incorrecte, ni en général, a n importe quel autre genre d irrégularité extérieure au fonctionnement du produit en soi.

4. La garantie ne couvrira pas la réparation du dommage ou préjudice provenant de l utilisation du produit dans des liens, installations, environnement (entourage), ou pour des buts, oú ne concourent pas des facteurs, conditions ou caractéristiques appropriées pour obtenir un rendement (performance) optimal du produit.

5. Les réparations effectuées pendant le délai de garantie ne prolongeront pas sa durée.

6. Cette garantie (la présente garantie) sera valable, seulement par rapport aux produits et matériaux ou composants fabriqués par Sistema AZUD S.A. qui aient été achetées á-t- elle. ¿? Il ne ságit pas dúne garantie pour des consommateurs ou des utilisateurs finals et elle ne s´étend pas aux clients qui achètent directement les produits de Sistema Azud S.A.

7. Sont exclus de la garantie les dommages et défauts attribuables à un cas fortuit ou une forcée majeure; et expressément ces dommages et défauts dus aux insectes ou rongeurs, obstructions des goutteurs, pression supérieur à celle recommandée; ceux causés par des tensions électriques inadéquates; par des opérations réalisées dans des conditions différentes à la gamme indiquée de fonctionnement des produits; par la qualité des eaux, par un milieu acide, décantation, précipitations, agglutinations de bactéries et algues ainsi que les ruptures provoquées par l absence dún pré filtre dans l installation ou les installations non protégées contre les coups de bélier, ou par d’autres incidents électriques ou hydrauliques.

8. La garantie ne couvre pas les défauts attribuables à des altérations, modifications, réparations ou manipulations effectués par du personnel étranger à Sistema Azud S.A., sans qu il en ait connaissance ou sans avoir suivi ses instructions.

9. Sistema Azud S.A. pourra vérifier, en tout état de cause et préalablement, les défauts provoqués par l acheteur, par les moyens appropriés, sans que le client puisse gêner líntervention des personnes chargés par Sistema Azud S.A. pour vérifier les faits.

10. Sistema Azud S.A. ne sera responsable dáucun dommage direct ou indirect, accessoire ou consécutif , y compris , de manière non limitative /mais sans sý limiter aux possibles pertes ou dommages dans la propriété, résultantes dúne installation inadéquate/impropre.

11. Aucune personne ni entité n’est autorisée à introduire, dans la garantie toutes modification, verbale (orale) ou écrite. Sistema Azud S.A. náccepte que les termes de garantie ici exprimés; en aucun cas Sistema Azud S.A. n’acceptera des compromis dérivés dáutres garanties.

1. Sistema Azud, S.A. agrees formally either to replace any defective component or to repair any manufacturing or assembly defect if those of exclusively responsibility of Sistema Azud, S.A. the buyer must inform Sistema Azud, S.A. about the defects in a maximum period of one year from the delivery date. Once the period has expired, either refunds or claims due to those reasons will not be accepted. The warranty will cover no cost of displacement, neither of materials freight, nor the expenses of assembly or disassembling of products.

2. The express warranty provided herein is effective only if claim is made by written notice within the applicable warranty period and sent within thirty days after the notice of the defect on which the claim is based.

3. This warranty will not cover any defects or damages that result either from a wrong installation of the products and materials or a lack of maintenance or inadequate maintenance of the products and materials, to the wearing of the same, to the use of consumable materials not recommended by Sistema Azud, SA, and in general any other type of irregularities not involved with the operation of the same.

4. This warranty will not cover the damage or harm caused by operating the products in places, installations, environments or aims, without suitable conditions and characteristics to obtain an optimal output of the product.

5. Repairs made during the warranty period will not extend the time of the warranty.

6. This warranty will not cover the products and materials; components or accessories which have not been manufactured by Sistema Azud, S.A. or have not been directly bought from Sistema Azud, S.A. This warranty is not a consumer or final users warranty and

does not extend to anyone other than those trade costumers who directly purchase from Sistema Azud, S.A.

7. It is excluded from this warranty damages and failures in the sold materials that result from fortuitous facts and force majeure, such as those caused by inadequate working conditions within the recommended intervals made by Sistema Azud, S.A, so much of working pressure, water quality, voltage and exposure conditions to aggressive environments (saline, acid, basic and others).

8. Sistema Azud, S.A. will be allowed to check the defects caused by the buyer by the means that may be considered to be appropriate, in any case and previously. The purchaser is not allowed to obstruct the proceedings of the people authorized by Sistema Azud, S.A. for verifying the facts.

9. This warranty will not cover those defects which can be attributable to alterations, modifications, or handling made by non-authorized personnel without the previous knowledge or without following the instructions given by Sistema Azud, S.A.

10. Sistema Azud, S.A. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to possible damages in the system where the filtration equipment is integrated during defective working periods. Neither Sistema Azud, S.A. is liable for any loss of damage and property damage resulting from the inadequate installation and /or maintenance operations.

11. No person or organization is authorized to introduce any modification, nor verbal or written, in the present warranty. Except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall Sistema Azud, S.A. be liable for other incidental, damages or compromises.

OFFERSOffers will be valid for 30 days from the emission date. Public works, watercourse, electricity system, installation of the equipments, technical assistance and physical or chemical treatment of water and any other concept explicitly indicated in the offer are not included. Offers given by Sistema Azud, S.A. will be done according to the data given by the customer. Any variation or modification in such data will necessarily imply the modification of terms and technical/economic conditions specified in the offer.

PRICESPrices are ExWorks and include packaging to road transportation.Taxes are at the buyers charge.Prices are subject to variations without prior notice.

ORDERSTo avoid mistakes, orders should be placed in writing, according to the references and descriptions of our prices list. Quantities should adjust to standard packaging.Cancellations of orders in the process of being manufactured or already manufactured are not allowed, unless prior approval by written from Sistema Azud, S.A. In case the cancelation of the order is approved once the manufacturing process has begun, the buyer will have to compensate Sistema Azud, S.A. for the expenses caused, in an amount equivalent to the 10% of the materials value.Orders may be supplied in partial deliveries. That will not mean in any case the cancellation of the same. The transport of the orders is at the charge and risk of the buyer. Sistema Azud, S.A. is not liable for damages or loss occurring during shipment.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE All claims must be made by written notice to Sistema Azud, S.A head office, indicating the number and date of the invoice. Returned merchandise and claims should be made within 5 days from the delivery date. No returns will be accepted without Sistema Azud S.A prior approval. In case the return of materials is accepted, the buyer will have to compensate Sistema Azud, S.A. for the expenses, in an amount

equivalent to the 10% of the materials value.All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Number assigned by Sistema Azud, S.A. The customer will return the goods perfectly packed and freight prepaid.Returns of special orders made with specific characteristics are not allowed.Return payments will be deducted from next invoices.

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS SERVICEThe technical service to the starting up of the equipments is not included in the offers given by Sistema Azud, S.A. This service will be invoiced according to the official price list, available to the customers. The technical assistance is not included in the guarantee period of the equipments. It will be invoiced according to the official price list, available to the customers.

RETENTION OF TITLESistema Azud, S.A. reserves the ownership of the products until full payment of the invoice.From then, the ownership of the products will be transferred to the customer, who, without prejudice to the previous, will be totally liable for any damages caused after the delivery date.

CHANGE OF PRODUCTSSistema Azud, S.A. reserves the right to modify total or partially its products , the characteristics of the same or the contain of the present document without prior notice.

AUTHORITYIn order to solve the conflicts that may arise from the application of the above terms, Sistema Azud, S.A. and the buyer accept the verdict of the Judges and Courts or Murcia, renouncing to its own court in case of being different.
