I was contracted by Global Transport Insurance as Assessing Manager from May 2009 until April 2013. Responsibilities included the successful management of the assessing function for this predominantly heavy and private vehicles. I was also responsible for review of all third party demands for all vehicle types.

Manager, Assessing & Reassessing: FIRMA INSURANCE SERVICES 2007 – 2009

Significant experience in business development, Assessment and re-assessing demands and post repairs inspection, determine liability and the days required for repairs.

Motor Assessor for Firma Insurance. Responsibilities included assessing and reporting on motor vehicle repair costs and review and providing advice and recommendations on the most cost effective repair methodologies.

Prior to 2007 I owned my own motor vehicle repair business for 25 years providing quality, cost effective repairs, painting and estimating most vehicle types for insurers and private clients.

Assessing heavy motors, private vehicles and commercial vehicles Developed, implemented and managing the loss ratio, as well as provided leadership. Researched and monitored vehicles methods of repairs identified and established recycle and non-genuine parts prices. Led negotiations and prepared contracts and agreements, maintaining strong client relations; and represented the company proficiently.
