Complaint Management Project. Gather business requirements and created the complaint lifecycle design for Nicor. Utilized CC&B Case to manage customer (SAD) complaints, non-customer (Non-SAD) complaints and customer inquiry.

Part 280 Regulation Project. Assists business users in UAT testing and investigate defects.

Designer, Oncor

One of the lead designers for the customization of the CC&B Field Activity that handles most of the client’s Market Transcation requirements. The custom Field Activity would replace the base Field Activity page of CC&B. The solution includes custom UI pages to replace the base FA page and a case lifecycle to maintain the field activity completion and cancellation process. Algorithms and Batch Processes are created to parse rules from external ODM/ESB systems, validation of transactions and process field activity steps.

Presented different variations of Managed Field Activity solutions. The solution ensures that the custom Field Activity component would incorporate well on all of the different target directions of the project. Possible directions include doing a lite version of BPM to work with CC&B Managed FA; Oracle MTM with CC&B Managed FA; and Legacy Stacker with CC&B Managed FA.

Designed solution for the client’s Load Profile maintenance in CC&B. Premise changes may influence the premise’s Load Profile. The solution keeps track of these changes and reevaluates the premise for load profile updates. Audit algorithms and user exits are used to track the changes and batch monitoring are used to reevaluate the premise. Load profile mappings are stored in custom tables.

Investigated UAT and SIT defects. Investigated and tested CC&B base product SRs to ensure proper fixes are applied.

Designed and developed different inbound and outbound web services.

Architect/Designer, Seraya

Provided overall solutions for the Portfolio module of the project. Gathered accruals, revenue and cost reports requirements. Presented solutions to help the client measure it’s profitability. These include providing overview of it’s financial status and projects expected revenues and costs of all it’s accounts of different bill cycle schedules and of different rate products.

Provided interfaces solutions for the whole project. Identify Internal (CIS) and External interface points. Establish interface channels and methods (HTTPS vs JMS) to use to communicate between systems.

Lead workshop sessions with business users. Assisted in the designs of the Customer Information, Billing and Tariff Management

modules

Investigated and provided solutions on Invoices issues where summary and detailed sections do not match. Issues are found from how trips are identified by CC&B, to how the regular job causes contention with the nightly billing job, to how CC&B extracts invoice details. Solutions include proper scheduling of jobs and correcting the current process to properly identify the trips coming in to CC&B.

Provided instructions on how new Retailer/Asset and/or Tollpoints are added in CC&B Asset and CC&B Retail
