Préchauffer le four à 180 °C (Thermostat 6).Etaler la pâte dans un moule, piquer à la fourchette. Pre-heat the oven to 180°
Place the pastry into a pie pan, lightly prick the base with a fork
Faire rissoler les lardons à la poêle puis les répartir sur le fond de pâte avec le gruyère.
In a frying pan tip in the bacon and fry it, cut the cheese into small dice, sprinkle the bacon and the cheese over the pastry
Battre les œufs avec la crème fraîche, assaisonner avec le sel, le poivre et la muscade. Verser sur la pâte.
Faire cuire 45 à 50 min au four.

in Bulgaria, it can be eaten as a side dish, a snack or a main meal. It can be made with
many different fillings but for this recipe we will use cheese.
