2011: Mercuri Urval once again declared best HR firm in the Netherlands For the second consecutive year, Mercuri Urval has been chosen as the best HR firm by the Incompany 100 survey, which looks for the best consultancy firms. Customer satisfaction: 94% compared to an average of 83% in the industry When it comes to general customer satisfaction, Mercuri Urval is second to none (94% satisfied customers), but the firm is also number one in three out of four categories of the survey: Result, Service and Price. In addition, the firm came second in the area of Know-how. Out of the 16 underlying criteria, Mercuri Urval ended in first place 10 times, with a total average of 7.2. Result We at Mercuri Urval are confident that our raison d’être lies in improving our customers‘ performance by providing them with sound advice regarding the recruitment, selection, development and deployment of personnel. We are proud to see that our customers recognise this and that they consider the results we deliver to be the best in the HR consultancy world. On all the Result criteria, we were awarded first place with an average of 7.3 in Quality of advice, Putting self-interest aside, Accuracy and Added value. Know-how Customers value our knowledge of the industry and our professional knowledge (7.4). They are also positive about the visionary capacity of the organisation. Apparently, our customers value the future-oriented approach of linking organisational strategy on the one hand, with decisions about recruitment, development and the deployment of personnel on the other, always based on an understanding of the business of the customer. ServiceDe basic idea in Mercuri Urval’s work is that people determine the performance of an organisation. We therefore see recruitment as a strategic decision. which focuses on customer appreciation of consultancy in the Netherlands. Satisfaction is measured using 16 factors which
