Negro : Negra es la guerra y negra es la muerte porque negro es el cuchillo de obsidiana con que tienes que matar.
Amarillo : Amarillo es el sol y amarillo es el maíz fuentes de toda vida.
Rojo : es el color de la energía y del valor porque roja es la sangre de la madre y roja también, la sangre del guerrero.
Azul : es el color del sacrificio porque todo sacrificio es religioso y azul es el color del cielo.
Verde : verde es el color de la realeza porque verde es el color del quetzal y sus plumas son exclusivas para los nobles y los jefes.
