• Syndrome coronarien aigu avec sus-décalage du segment ST traités par angioplastie

• Syndrome coronarien aigu sans sus-décalage du segment ST mais avec augmentation de la troponine et des facteurs predictifs de thrombose de stent:

– Diabète– Longueur importante de stents, petits vaisseaux,

etc….

• Patients ayant fait une thrombose de stent sous clopidogrel

• Et probablement dans des angioplasties « à risque » chez des patients stables (hors AMM)

– Conduite à tenir identique par rapport au clopidogrel

• Peut-on faire des variations sur le thème “antiaggrégant plaquettaires”? (dose de charge de clopidogrel puis d’entretien d’Efient* (prasugrel), etc…)

• Combien de temps doit-on poursuivre Efient* (Prasugrel) après l’épisode aigu?

– Au moins un an
