Simply Gourmet – London Head of Events January 2008 – August 2009

- Successfully pitched, won and managed all key accounts including GAP/Banana Republic, Westminster

Abbey, MITIE Catering, Jo Malone, 37˚, Diamond City Events and Aston Martin. - Generated incremental sales of approx £250K per year. - Managed all major accounts including London Eye and Space NK. - Designed and managed all major events, 10 -1500 guests, up to 60 staff. - Assisted Event Director on all major events including design, theming, production and management. Trained in all aspects of major events in marquees, private residences, venues and listed properties.

- Streamlined cash handling, office and reporting procedures across all outlets. Set new stock taking procedures. Produced bespoke marketing plans for each venue. Created all venue POS, print and newspaper advertising and promotional material.

NZ Entertainment Services General Manager - Contract November 2003 – January 2004

- Designed and managed the construction of three pop up bars (1500 total) for Alpine Unity, a three day music festival at Flockhill Station in the Southern Alps. Managed bars, held liquor licence for 5000 people.

- Recruited and managed 60 staff during event. Sourced all suppliers and negotiated contracts. Negotiated and managed sponsorship agreements with Red Bull, Heineken and Coke.
