Market Data Intern • Retrieved market data for Corporate Finance and Direct Investment departments
• Mined markets for companies fitting for possible mergers/acquisitions with KIPCO-related investments, including
engineering firms local to Kuwait, ecommerce startups, and American supermarkets
• Utilized Bloomberg terminal for data retrieval. Gathered market data ahead of Facebook IPO and filled request
for $35k face value purchase of Facebook (FB) shares
• Reported on market/industry conditions during feasibility studies. Presentations for investment ideas were
presented in Microsoft PowerPoint to be presented to potential investors
• Conducted macroeconomic analyses for foreign investment; Found a large opportunity for investment Iran’s retail

Volunteer Build Team Member
Participated in 10-day volunteer project to help build homes and fundraise for the local Haitian
communities in the aftermath of the 2010 earthquake, for what became known as the Jimmy and
Rosalynn Carter Project
Audited equipment inventory, provided labor to install roofing on transitional home and excavate
foundations
Shortly after this build, our building site was honored by President Jimmy Carter and First Lady
Rosalynn Carter in prelude to the building of more than 150 transitional homes for families left
homeless following the earthquake
