Concours Bonne Anne 2012 lhtel Napolon Paris
1. LorganisateurLhtel Napolon, situ au 40 avenue de Friedland
75008 Paris, organise un concours Bonne Anne 2012 avec
lhtel Napolon.
2. Dates et validitLe concours se tiendra entre le 25 dcembre
2011 et le 31 janvier 2012. Les rsultats seront proclams avant
le 14 fvrier 2012. Le vainqueur sera prvenu par email. Seule une
participation par adresse email seraautorise.
3. EligibilitSont autorises participer au concours les rsidants
du monde entier qui ont atteint lge lgal dans leur
pays depuis au moins le 25/12/11. Les membres du personnel de
lhtel Napolon et leurs familles ne sont pas
autorises participer au concours.
4. Dtermination du vainqueurPour participer au concours, il faut
rpondre deux questions ainsi qu une question subsidiaire poses
sur
la
pagehttp://www.hotelnapoleonparis.com/greetings2012/Welcome.php. Le
vainqueur du concours sera le
participant qui aura donn les bonnes rponses aux deux questions
et dont la rponse la questionsubsidiaire (combien de participations
recevrons-nous ce concours ?) sera la plus proche de la bonne
rponse. Si plusieurs personnes correspondent ces critres, un
tirage au sort sera effectu entre leurs
participations pour les dpartager. Si aucune personne navait la
bonne rponse aux deux questions, la
slection se fera toujours sur la question subsidiaire parmi les
personnes qui auront donn une bonne rponse
lune des deux questions. Ne seront prises en considration que
les participations via le formulaire en ligne
mentionn dans ce rglement. Aucune participation envoye par
courrier, tlphone ou mail ne sera prise en
compte.
5. PrixLe gagnant du concours remportera un sjour de deux nuits,
petits djeuners compris en junior suite lhtel
Napolon ainsi que dun repas au restaurant Le Bivouac. Le sjour
(dans la mme chambre), les petitsdjeuners et le repas sentendent
pour deux personnes. Le repas au Bivouac comprend une entre et un
plat
ou un plat et un dessert. Sont compris une bouteille deau
minrale et deux verres de vin. Les extras et autres
frais (par exemple connexion Internet, mini-bar, etc.) ne sont
pas inclus dans la dotation. Le sjour se fera par
rservation pralable et sous rserve de disponibilit. La date
limite de rservation est le 30 septembre 2012
et le sjour doit dbuter au plus tard le 25 dcembre 2012. La
dotation est strictement limite ce qui est
nonc dans ce rglement et ne comprend aucun autre avantage
(dplacement vers et au dpart de lhtel,
Assurance mdicale, etc.).
6. AssurancesLOrganisateur ne pourra en aucun cas tre tenu
responsable de tout dommage, cots directs ou indirects
survenu(s) lors de la participation ce concours.
7. Vie PriveLes donnes collectes dans le cadre de ce concours
seront utilises dans le respect de la vie prive et ne
seront partags avec aucun tiers.

Happy 2012 with Hotel Napoleon Contest
1. The organizerHotel Napoleon, located at 40, avenue de
Friedland 75008 Paris organizes the Happy 2012 with Hotel
Napoleon contest.
2. Dates and validityThe contest starts on December 25, 2011 and
will end at midnight on January 31, 2012 (Paris time). The
winner will be announced before February 14, 2012. Only one
participant for each email address will beaccepted.
3. EligibilityParticipation to this contest is open to worldwide
residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their
county on December 25, 2011. Napoleon hotel staff and their
families are not allowed to take part in this
contest.
4. Establishment of the winnerTo enter this contest participants
need to answer two questions as well as a tie-breaker question all
found on
the Internet

The winning participant
will be the one who has correctly answered both questions and
whose answer to the tie-breaker question(how many participants will
enter for this contest?) is the closest to the correct answer. I f
several participants
meet all the criteria, a draw will be executed. If no
participant has provided both the correct answers, the
selection will be still made on the tie-breaker amongst the
participants who have provided with one correct
answer to either question. Only those answers via the dedicated
form on the website will be considered as
valid participations to this contest. The organizer will not
accept any participation in other form (mail, phone,
etc.).
5. PrizeThe contest winner will win a two night stay, including
breakfast in a junior suite at the Napoleon Hotel, Paris
as well as a meal at Le Bivouac restaurant. The stay (in the
same room) and the breakfasts are for two people.
The meal at Le Bivouac includes a start and a main course or a
main course and a desert. A bottle of mineral
water and two glasses of wine are included. Extras and other
expenses (such as, but not limited to, internet
connection, mini-bar, etc.) are not included in the prize. The
stay has to be booked in advance and is subject to
room availability. Latest date of booking should be September
20th
2012 and the stay cannot start beyond
December 25th
2012. The prize content is limited in what is defined in these
rules and does not include any
other advantage such as, but not limited to, transportation
to/from the hotel, medical insurance, etc.).
6. Disclaimer of liabilityThe organizer cannot be held
responsible for any damage, direct or indirect loss that may arise
around the
participation to this contest.
7. PrivacyData collected for this contest will be treated as
confidential information and will not be shared with any third
party.
8. Questions.Any question regarding this contest shall be

9. LanguageThis agreement is a translation of the contests
official agreement. In case of any mistranslation or
misunderstanding, the French version of the agreement will
prevail.
