I am looking for a challenging position in a progressive organization, with an aim to contribute positively towards the objectives of the organization to the best of my capabilities and to develop my professional skills with constant learning.I am a B.Tech. Engineer in Chemical technology with significant oil and gas experience. I have been involved in all aspects of plant operation including commissioning of new expansions and new gas turbines. Presently working as Plant Shift Operator (Supervisor) in Qadirpur Gas Field having sophisticated control system (MODICON PLC and DCS on HMI). Ten years experienced of process operation in 600 MMSCFD Natural gas purification by membrane separax system of UOP, Well flow control using SCADA system, Compression unit by Nuovo Pignone and Man Turbo Gas Turbines, Dehydration system by glycol, H2S scavenger system and condensate oil production system and utilities operations.

Well experienced in membrane elements replacement activity which includes un-loading, testing and re-loading.

Duties/Responsibilities: As a Plant Shift Operator (supervisor) I have performed my duty on control board

and HMI in control room to maintain all parameters i.e., level, flow, pressure, temperature according to test results and knowledge of process and equipment, to take emergency action when required for safety of plant and equipments in consultation with Shift In-charge and to ensure safe shut down and start-up of plant / equipment during emergency / equipment failure and during ATA.

Well experienced as a Plant Shift Operator (Supervisor) to ensure safe operation for handing over equipment for maintenance job and to ensure job status for safe operation and work permit clearance in the relevant area.

Performed duties as Plant Shift Operator (supervisor) in operation of natural gas pre-treatment using refrigeration purification by removal of Co2 & H2S using membrane separation system of UOP and H2S by Memguard bed having cosmax material and moisture adsorbing material (MG-3, MG-5, MG-6) Alumina silicate adsorbent. Also operation of membrane pre-treatment coalescing and chilling by propane circulation compressed by Waukesha gas engine having capacity 735 kW driven screw compress.

Well experience of operation in gas compression unit from 1 PSIG to 1000PSIG by four stages centrifugal compressors driven by Nuovo Pignone turbines of 10 MW and Man turbo turbines.

Well experience of utilities operation including instrument air compressors, Fire water diesel engines, caterpillar gas generators each of 975 kW capacity and fuel system.

Operation experience of condensate stabilization by gas condensate water separator, Flash separator, CPI, produced water tank, sand filter, back wash tank and pumps.

Operation experience of Dehydration by TEG circulation to achieve contractual moisture contents in natural gas streams and H2S scavenger injection to reduce H2S concentration as per agreement with buyer.
